Founder & Managing Member

I’m Antoinette Brown, a licensed clinical social worker, educator, consultant, and founder of Still Becoming, LLC.

Throughout my personal and professional journey, I have come to believe that healing is not a destination. Healing is a lifelong process of growth, resilience, and becoming. That belief has shaped not only my work but also the vision behind Still Becoming.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving individuals, families, students, professionals, and communities in a variety of settings. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with hope and purpose.

Still Becoming was founded on the belief that every person deserves compassionate support, meaningful connection, and opportunities to grow. Whether through clinical counseling, consulting, coaching, professional development, or community engagement, my desire is to cultivate spaces where healing is honored, growth is encouraged, and becoming is embraced.
